The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is a U.S. government agency. It offers a free cancer helpline for the public: 1-800-4-CANCER. When you call this number, you will reach an Information Specialist who can answer your questions about cancer or about your personal situation. This service is available to everyone: patients, family members, friends, health care providers, and researchers.
Lymphoma Foundation of America also has a helpline for patients and family members: 734-424-2000. You can speak to one of our registered nurses. They will help you understand the practical steps you can take to gain the confidence you need to make necessary treatment decisions.
