Are you a lymphoma patient who is currently being treated for lymphoma at a comprehensive cancer center or hospital?

If so, Lymphoma Foundation of America may be able to help you receive travel aid to help with your commute to and from your doctor and cancer treatment appointments.

Please contact our Foundation by phone or email. Once we verify you as a current lymphoma cancer patient at a cancer center or hospital, you will receive a short application form. Please fill it out and return it to us.

There are eligibility requirements to receive travel funds. You must be a lymphoma patient currently in treatment, staging, or post-treatment follow-up. Your social worker or case manager can affirm your situation.
